Refund and Cancellation Policy for India Kids Celebrities (IKC)

At India Kids Celebrities (IKC), we strive to provide a seamless experience for all participants. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will only be processed if a participant is not selected by IKC.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of registration
• In case of non-selection, refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the decision.

2. Registration Cancellations

• Registration cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Once registered, the fee is non-refundable except in cases of non-selection by IKC or in specific emergency situations as determined by the IKC team.

3. Emergency Refunds

• In exceptional emergency situations, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the IKC team.
• Refunds in such cases will be issued after deducting necessary charges and taxes.
• The decision of the IKC team regarding the eligibility for emergency refunds is final.

4. Refund Timeline

• If a refund is approved under circumstances other than non-selection, it will be processed within 90 days from the date of refund approval.
• The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
